About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join ANTA as a Retail Marketing Manager at our Santa Monica, CA location. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for global retail marketing strategies, overseeing the visual identity and merchandising strategies of ANTA’s offline retail channels, including DTC stores and partner stores, to drive brand consistency and customer engagement.
Responsibility
• Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee retail maketing (incl. VM) strategies and exectutions to create cohesive, on-brand, and visually appealing store environments.
• Collaborate with global and local brand/category marketing team to develop retail marketing contents and materials for both DTC and partner stores.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with ANTA’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Plan and implement high-impact promotional activities, events, and product launches to captivate and retain customers.
• Train and mentor store staff on marketing initiatives, visual merchandising standards, and customer engagement techniques.
• Manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
• Source, supervise and develop agencies.
Requirements
• 5 years of retail marketing work experience, preferably in the retail industry with a focus on sportswear or fashion brands.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies for multi-channel retail environments.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with key retail partners and executing successful retail marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative and aesthetic sense with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual displays.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as needed to attend events and meet with stakeholders.
