About the Role

We’re looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join us as Ambassadors | Business Development Partners to help us expand our reach and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition.


• Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders in targeted industries.


• Represent Avary.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.


• Identify new market opportunities and create tailored strategies to approach potential partners.


• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing Avary.ai’s mission and values with the broader business community.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in SaaS or HR-tech.


  • Strong network and relationships in relevant industries.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


  • A passion for AI, technology, and innovation in the recruitment space.


  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
