About the Role

Proper use of PPE and observes safety and security procedures of BYD and adhere to customer safety
and procedures. Other duties as assigned

Responsibility

  • Provide technical support for customers to troubleshoot the failure and assist technician to fix the bus

  • issues. Diagnose the failure of down buses analyze the root cause of the defect and provide the

  • solution and improvement, especially for the battery faults.

  • Reprogram the software for the components for vehicle updating in the market. Visit customers

  • regularly to monitor the vehicle status including battery’s performance.

  • Provide training to technicians and customers with the engineering documentations including the

  • ECN files and training presentation, especially for the BYD battery technology.

  • Make training documents of the different bus for customers, as well as other technical guides.

  • Associate's degree (A. A.), or equivalent from two-year College, or technical school, two to six years
